![]() Prototype for a portable Rave installation to be installed within an art gallery setting. This is basically the corn starch and water experiment we all did as a kid. The corn starch and water experiment is essentially made up of a long strand of polymers, and when poured slowly it stays in liquid form, when moved fast it becomes a solid. By putting the cornstarch and water on subwoofers with a high bass frequency, (in this case a Borgore song) it potential to create dancing forms within the mixture. This corn starch and water experiment is a prototype for a room installation, with multiples and filling the entire space. Recycled pages curled into cylindrical forms hang underneath. Paint around the contours of the recycled book pages glow under the black light. Recycled art and shelves can also be found on my Etsy account.
